Default Anyone interested in running my 'Q joint?

I want to make sure that if I become ill, or take a vacation, that I will
have a resource (person) in place to fill in..... it's a cash flow thing :-)
The basic idea is that you would be available to fly-in and take over with
relatively short notice. Expenses will be covered for transport here.
Salary and a percentage of daily profit would be paid for your time spent.

In order to be considered, you would need to be available to spent a few
days here, after the grand opening, in order to become oriented to the
operation -- at your own expense. Of course we'll feed you well while your
here. We may also be able to help with lodging.

If anyone (or multiple anyones) would be interested, reply in this thread
and I will get back to you.
Dave
