Default Bought a Kirkland Signature $799 Grill

So far I love it!!! I do have one question, the stainless heat
deflector thingies underneath the grates get pretty nasty. How often
do I have to clean those and what's the best way to clean them?

Can't you just run it wide open and burn it off? What's the owner's manual say?

Enjoy it. Get a bone-in leg of lamb and cook it on the roto, with slivers
of garlic stuck into the meat.
