Default Polder Dual-Probe Thermometer

Has anyone tried the new Polder dual-probe thermometer? Has a sensor on the
tip of the probe for the meat, and a sensor at the back end of the probe to
measure the cooking temp. Does it work like it should?

And it's handy to just have one box to mount and keep an eye on. So I am a
happy customer.

True. In that all electronic equipment has a failure rate associatated with
it, and that rate is almost always less than 100%, some will operate as
promised. It's a question of whether you're willing to risk your money
on it when there are better alternatives available.
