Default Picnic is on the smoker

First time to say hello. Up at 05:00 this morning to put a pork picnic on
the smoker. I am using a vertical type water smoker. It is very chilly out
this morning so the smoker is struggling to maintain 180-200 degrees. As the
day warms up it should get better. Wish me luck and happy BBQing.

Boost the temp the best you can, and good luck.

I love them picnics. Keep the bones for soups and such. I just used one in
a bolognese sauce and it made all the difference.
