I think I've been to all of them... I lurk (mostly) on the BGE forum which
seems to be the most active. I've been to the Kamado (sp?) forum and one
other. Currently we are going through a learning curve, thus the reason for
lurking. Been having fun with our ceramic cooker... no REAL DISASTERS...

Just ignore all those (here, too) that say to cook in foil. You can do that in
the oven.
If you just pay attention to what you are doing (I.E. don't answer the phone while
you are grilling) you'll never have any "REAL DISASTERS" cooking ceramically.
