I'd like to award a belated "attaboy" to Char-Broil for excellent
customer service. I was missing a critical part on my Bandera and they have been nothing but gracious and helpful. Company policy is such that even if the retailer screws up and loses some parts (as Walmart did), Char-Broil doesn't worry about blame. They just fix it. The manual includes a phone number to call if there is any parts missing or any other problem. I called and had the missing parts within a week. No hassle, no blame, no invasive questions. Just "Whaddya need" and "It's on the way". Not even a long wait on the telephone! It's hard to find that level of customer attention, anymore, so I figured they should be commended for it. nb |
