I think its the same, but different. :-) Actually, looks like the differences are that you can only get 20 amp service in lot 8, and lot 5 can get 20 or 30, plus you are closer to the exit. Of course, the electrical service depends on the contractor putting in a big enough cable bundle so the main line doesn't catch on fire again like it did at the Royal. /:-/ MartyB
