Default Welika Lake Fish House Lilesville NC red slaw recipe

Welika Lake Fish House Lilesville NC has the BEST red slaw - no mayo!

I have been unable to find the exact recipe or duplicate it, only
somewhat close.

Does anybody know how to make it the way they do?

Default Welika Lake Fish House Lilesville NC red slaw recipe

Vinegar based. Served warm - it's sitting on the table in plastic
container when you arrive. Great with fish or BBQ.

I've never been there, but is it served cold or warm? Is it vinegar based?
