Default Old Carolina QSchool

If you live in or visit NE Ohio you should try to make it to one of Old
Carolina's QSchools in Canton or Massilion. After a brief talk on
grilling vs smoking (direct vs indirect heat) you will make your own dry
rub then prep and rub a St. Louis slab of ribs that is yours to take
home later. The cooks then demonstrate cooking corn and potatoes on the
grill while ribs started 4 hours earlier finish cooking on three styles
of smokers. When the food is finished you eat, supplemented by food
from the restaurant. All this for $10.
