Today, 3/1/07 is National PIG day
Have you cooked yours today?
Check out all the Pork stuff on this blog and especially look down just a bit for the "Smokestack Lightning, a Day in the Life of Barbecue" video, though be warned they require a fast connection. http://www.seriouseats.com/ http://www.seriouseats.com/2007/03/s...-day-in-1.html I'm getting hungry looking at this stuff, or maybe it's just close to lunch time.
