This year, I plan to inject my turkey with a mixture of butter and honey
instead of brining. Anyone have any comments either in favor or against doing this? Has anyone tried this? Results? Happy Thanksgiving, all! -- Stan |

Happy Thanksgiving, all! That is the way we do ours. 14 lb fresh, injected mix honey and butter on the KK at 325. Tastes great. Happy Thanksgiving |
