Default Recommendations for outside kitchen for an Australian

Hi, I live in Darwin Australia. I'm just fixing up an outdoor covered area
in my back yard and am interested in opinions of other Australians about the
type of barbecue.
Budget is not a huge issue.
I like to roast and grill all species of animal flesh as well as doing
vegetable work.
I like the idea of slow cooking on low heat large joints of meat.
I prefer to use gas and will have a dedicated gas line.
