Like to use red potatoes. Cook through but not until mushy, add one large
chopped onion and 2 celery sticks chopped. Make dressing using about 1 cup of Hellman's, 1/4 c evaporated milk, 1/4 c vinegar, 1 T sugar, some salt and pepper. Taste and see if it is slightly tangy. If so, add to potatoes and add 2 hardboiled eggs chopped. Refrigerate overnight. |
