Default Two things you guys were right about...

Ok. I've got two BBQ things I've changed my mind about, so I have to
admit you guys were right.

1. Lump charcoal is better for smoking. It lights faster than
briquets. It leaves a lot less ash so it doesn't clog up the air
intakes on long overnight smokes. I just had my best overnight smoke
every - 4 butts/picnics in my WSM. Lump was much easier to use.
Before I used briquets.

2. Cheap gas grills fall apart quickly. My $200 BBQ Grillware grates
are already having the enamel chip off of them less than a year after
buying it!

Plus, the dumb grease catcher drips grease all over the propane tank!

So, I repent and humbly admit you were right - lump is better and cheap
grills are not!

- Bobby
