need vegetable strudel recipe
recently cruised on Royal Caribbean and loved a dish called 'vegetable
strudel'. A thin crust with polenta and chunks of vegetables(zucchini, carrots, green beans, peas...) rolled up inside it then baked. Delicious! Anybody know how to make it? Thanks, Jan H.
