This recipe is about as simple as it gets. White Lily Bread flour is a soft
winter wheat flour available made in Knoxville, TN...and widely available
throughout the south.

In the South of UK?

I believe that Knoxville, Tennessee is STILL in the United States of America.
Soft wheat winter flour will be available in the UK....the reference was only
for the purpose of illustrating what "type" of flour that White Lily makes and
where they are located.

.

The poster was from the UK and not interested in flour that you have
available in TN. And you do NOT know if that that particular type of
flour is available in the UK. It is not available in many locations in
the Northern part of the U.S.
