Cream Cheese Pound Cakes Recipe
3 sticks unsalted butter 8 ounces cream cheese 3 cups sugar 6 large eggs 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 3 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons kosher salt Preheat oven to 350F degrees. With electric mixer, beat butter and cream cheese (from room temperature) until smooth. Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla. With mixer on low, add flour and salt in two additions. Beat until just combined. Generously coat two loaf pans (6 cups each) with non-stick spray. Immediately pour in half of batter in each. Bake until golden and toothpick inserted comes out clean, about 65 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan and turn out onto wire rack.
