Experimented last night with this.. Came out pretty popular on the first
shot. Usually I have to tweak when i wing it lol. CHOCOLATE MALT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES Recipe By: Michael D. Halbrook Serves : 22.00 Servings (3 Ounces Ea.) Yield : 4.15 lbs INGREDIENTS ------------ 600 gm Sugar 5 gm Vanilla Extract 454 gm Butter (1#) 2 Ea. Eggs 550 gm Flour, All-purpose 25 gm Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder 25 gm Malted Milk Powder 11 gm Baking soda 12 gm Salt, kosher 227 gm Chocolate Chips DIRECTIONS ----------- 1 In bowl of mixer, cream together sugars, butter, vanilla, and eggs for 5 mins 2 In a seperate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, salt, cocoa and malt powder 3 Gradually add flour to creamed mixture and mix on medium speed until well combined. 4 Fold in chocolate chips 6 To bake; Preheat oven to 325 degrees. bake cookies for 10-15 mins until golden brown |
