There is a website for classic recipes http://galley.belleisleships.com/
1,500 plus classic recipes, dating back to the 1800's.

No, but they adapted the recipe about cooking a meal on a car's manifold to
strapping a steak to a mule's ass and letting it warm thoroughly.
