Can you help me? I want to do a dessert buffet and I'm looking for
tried and true recipes to made in gem cake pans. I want the desserts bite size. I don't need recipes for tarts - i.e. things with crust. I have lots of those (lemon, pecan, etc.) Also don't need cheesecake recipes, or those "black bottom cups". B But I'd love to have any recipes you use these pans for that is different or out of the ordinary, or that you think is delicious. Any other ideas for "bite-size" desserts, even without gem pans? Fancy is good. Does anyone have a good recipe for any tiny desserts made with filo/phyllo pastry?? TIA nancyjo |
