I would like to subscribe to a cake decorating magazine. Does anyone
have any suggestions as to the best cake decorating magazine for people
who like to decorate cakes - nothing professional.

You could get her a gift membership for ICES. They have a newsletter with
pictures and instructions. You can take a look here.

American Cake Decorating magazine.

I taught cake decorating for 7 years and this one had some pretty good
stuff. Decent articles and pictures.
