Can someone tell me how to make this sauce for my noodles?!?!?!

My mother was a terrible cook and my father was too proud to cook most
of the time, please help me!

After much searching, here is the closest that I can get to the real
recipe. The fermented Black Beans can be found tinned in many oriental
stores.

2 teaspoons black beans, fermented
3 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
3/4 cup chicken stock
1 x cornstarch

Rinse fermented black beans. In bowl, combine and mash black beans and
garlic, brown sugar, black soy sauce and chicken stock; stir; stand for
at least 15 minutes before serving.
