any suggestion for a food grincer (spice) that would turn dried chilli peppers into powder is appreciated tia I use a small Salton coffee grinder(use a separate one for spices). They run less than $20. Or a molcahete(by hand). |

I've not had the courage to try :-) James Silverton. |

I have 3, all used for spices since I don't drink much coffee. -sw Steve, I have 3 brands, two of which do NOT grind my spices well at all, so this week I brought home my Krupps from f-i-l's, and I'm hoping it works better than the Melita and DeLonghi. Just wondering what your brands are - if you have the time to look? Many thanks. Dee |

Trouble is you probably won't be able to use it for coffee again. Unless you dry your own chilli peppers you are probably better advised to buy chilli powder |
