Default super greens and vegetables to care

I am a Weight Watcher too.
I have many healthful recipes.
I never watch my portion sizes, because
I prefer vegetables and sometimes a fish.
I eat super greens and vegetables to care about my health and Weight.

Spinach Salad with beetroots is very good appetizer.

This Salad is good for our blood and for our skin.
Spinach, the super green, it helps reduce your risk cancer,
heart disease and neural tube defects.

And the healthy dose of potassium and calcium found in spinach can help
regulate blood pressure.

Spinach and other leafy greens also provide folic acid, which is known
to reduce the risk of neural tube defect and heart disease.

Some studies have shown that the compounds in spinach may even improve
your memory!

Ingredients:

2 beets boiled and peeled.
1,5 cup spinach, washed and chopped.
2 - 3 garlic cloves, crushed.
1 - 2 walnuts, crushed.
mayonnaise - to taste.

Method:

1. Wash Spinach, drain well and chop finely.

2. Add grated beets, crushed walnuts and garlic cloves.

3. Combine all ingredients and stir in mayonnaise.

If you don't like garlic, don't use it, but to my mind the Spinach
salad
will be more tasty and healthy with it. Row garlic has antibacterial
properties and adds a rich complex aroma to any dish.

Garlic oil from crushed cloves or garlic capsules can heal surface
infections. Garlic cleans the throat and voice and is good in case
asthma,
nervous diseases.

Beet is very useful for digestions and contains a lot of trace
elements.
Beet cleans our bowels, improve, cleans and dilutes thick blood blood,
it is very valuable for our skin.

Walnut strengthens the brains, heart and liver.

Fresh Cabbage Salad is very tasty and healthy food, rich of vitamin C.
This salad can be delicious appetizer.

Cabbage salad with cucumber.

Ingredients:
1 lb cabbage (fresh)
1 fresh cucumber, cubed
3 - 4 tbsp olive or flax oil
1 carrot, grated
Sugar, salt, lemon acid to taste

For decoration:

Parsley and lettuce leaves, cucumber flower

Method:

1. Shred the cabbage into julienne strips. Sprinkle the cabbage with
salt,
lemon acid and sugar.

2. Rub the strips with your hands to make them softer and juicier. Add
carrot, olive or flax oil and cucumber. Stir thoroughly.

3. Serve on lettuce leaves. Decorate with Parsley and cucumber flower.

Carrot and cabbage strengthen the stomach and intestines.
They are good for sight, for liver and stomach.

Best regards,
Natalia.
