I am a Weight Watcher too.
I have many healthful recipes. I never watch my portion sizes, because I prefer vegetables and sometimes a fish. I eat super greens and vegetables to care about my health and Weight. Spinach Salad with beetroots is very good appetizer. This Salad is good for our blood and for our skin. Spinach, the super green, it helps reduce your risk cancer, heart disease and neural tube defects. And the healthy dose of potassium and calcium found in spinach can help regulate blood pressure. Spinach and other leafy greens also provide folic acid, which is known to reduce the risk of neural tube defect and heart disease. Some studies have shown that the compounds in spinach may even improve your memory! Ingredients: 2 beets boiled and peeled. 1,5 cup spinach, washed and chopped. 2 - 3 garlic cloves, crushed. 1 - 2 walnuts, crushed. mayonnaise - to taste. Method: 1. Wash Spinach, drain well and chop finely. 2. Add grated beets, crushed walnuts and garlic cloves. 3. Combine all ingredients and stir in mayonnaise. If you don't like garlic, don't use it, but to my mind the Spinach salad will be more tasty and healthy with it. Row garlic has antibacterial properties and adds a rich complex aroma to any dish. Garlic oil from crushed cloves or garlic capsules can heal surface infections. Garlic cleans the throat and voice and is good in case asthma, nervous diseases. Beet is very useful for digestions and contains a lot of trace elements. Beet cleans our bowels, improve, cleans and dilutes thick blood blood, it is very valuable for our skin. Walnut strengthens the brains, heart and liver. Fresh Cabbage Salad is very tasty and healthy food, rich of vitamin C. This salad can be delicious appetizer. Cabbage salad with cucumber. Ingredients: 1 lb cabbage (fresh) 1 fresh cucumber, cubed 3 - 4 tbsp olive or flax oil 1 carrot, grated Sugar, salt, lemon acid to taste For decoration: Parsley and lettuce leaves, cucumber flower Method: 1. Shred the cabbage into julienne strips. Sprinkle the cabbage with salt, lemon acid and sugar. 2. Rub the strips with your hands to make them softer and juicier. Add carrot, olive or flax oil and cucumber. Stir thoroughly. 3. Serve on lettuce leaves. Decorate with Parsley and cucumber flower. Carrot and cabbage strengthen the stomach and intestines.
