I had to add to this thread. I love pea pod shoots and often buy them fresh in
the Asian market. I have used them to substitute for spinach in many recipes, but my favorite is to use them in cream of spinach soup. They have a unique flavor and make a delicious soup. Fran |

Fran I do a very quick blanche in plenty of boiling water and then wok them in a very hot wok with oil that has first brown some dried chili pods and chunks of garlic. YUM. blacksalt |
