i posted a recipe & comments for mindy in Aust. a few months ago here, try
google groups (alt.food.asian) for the archive & type in the following keywords. "DC + bak kwa". DC. "lim2lee" wrote in message lkaboutcooking.com... May i know the recipe of Bak Kwa(Chinese Port Jerky) and the process of making it?
