Ping Peter Dy - looking for Eurasian recipes.
Hi Peter,
You might be able to help me fill up some gaps in my latest quest to find Eurasian recipes. So far we're got quite a few from Melaka(Malacca), Goa, Singapore & the latest ones from Macau. I've got LeRoy filling in the gap/providing recipes for Macau. I need to check with you on the Philipines & it's Eurasian contingent ; ) can you help? DC.
