Default Sweet & Sour Pork

Can anyone tell me how to say
Sweet & Sour Pork in Chinese?
(any dialect will do)
If you could write the Chinese Characters for it too, it would be even
better.

What Peter has given is in Mandarin, in Cantonese it sounds a little like
this "Goh-Loh-Yuk" or there abouts as there isn't a formal way of writing it
down unless you understand & can apply pinyin to it which should look &
sound a bit like this "Gou1 Lou1 Yuk3". hope this helps.

DC.
