You could stir fry this rather than grill it couldn't you? You are chopping
the pork into little pieces after all. Any reason for grilling?

I guess you could stir-fry it, I've never tried it this way. My mom made it
by slicing the meat into thin ribbons and skewering them like a satay. I'm
too lazy so I just cut pork steak into quarters. Grilling was just the way
it was always done.
