I thought they sounded familiar when I posted my respose, and then I realized those were the rolls you posted the other day in alt.food.binaries. I looked at the pics again and I stand by my word ;-) I don't you what your folks do there in Belgium for Vietanamese food, but I've never seen those things on this side of the ocean. I've never seen anything Vietnamese wrapped in nori or wet/fresh seaweed. -swe (almost hoping somebody will prove me wrong)

Lots of seaweed rolls, tofu rolls and LOT (?) in the vegetarian section (the largest I ever saw) ! Difficult to know the exact content by the description... Pix on a.b.f if she does. ;-) Lots of nori layers were used and a great tasting hash/paste ! Gerardus waiting for the pic
