Hello, All!
I admit that I asked this question specifying the Washington DC area but I wonder if I could make it a general question: does anyone have any opinions about authentic Indian restaurants in the US? To take an example, where would, say, a Bengali go for home-style cooking? There are a number of Indian restaurants that I like and which seem to have a large number of customers apparently of Indian or Pakistani extraction but I know little about their authenticity and I will never learn Hindi or Urdu.
