Default Vietnamese Banh Recips

I've got some glutinous rice flour to play with and am looking to
make:

Banh it
Banh beo
Banh bot loc (can I use glutinous for this?)
Banh coun (using rice sheets?)

I'm looking for recipes and/or tips on how to make the rice dough
and fill/shape the banh it, especially.

There's really not much out there on the net on making any of these.
Here's a picture guide:

Have you tried Andrea Nguyen's blog? The recipe one www.vietworldkitchen.com
has recipes for banh beo man and banh beo ngot. The recipes are also
in her cookbook (beautiful cookbook, by the way), and in the book is
also a recipe for Banh Cuon (including making the wrapper from
scratch).

In this topic on eGullet, she chimes in on making banh beo hue
http://forums.egullet.org/index.php?...dpost&p=640048

I find her recipes to be detailed and quite easy to follow.
