Default Eating those "little bites" served in Asian spoons

I really like the idea of serving appetizers or Amuse Bouche on
chinese soup spoons. My question is: does one put the whole spoon in
one's mouth to each the "bite" or should I offer another utensil to
eat with? That's an awfully big spoon to put in one's mouth.

Appreciate your input

It should be one bite.. and not something you need to cut with another
utencil.
