Default Cilantro roots

Does anyone know where, in the DC Metro area, you can
consistently get cilantro with roots? I thought I knew but last
time I went to my favorite Vietnamese market, they had cut off
the roots like in a regular supermarket.

Thanks Blake but I have had no luck there! The roots are used
quite a bit in Southeast Asian marinades and seasonings and you
certainly can taste the difference! There was a Kerala recipe
for fish in today's Washington Post that called for them. Stems
help a bit but aren't really the same.
