I am not trying to be mean with this question; but, what makes Jennifer any
more of an authority on the nutritional content of Splenda than the
manufacturer's label? Why should I believe her assertion?

Thanks,
Larry

Larry the nutritional content on the label goes by serving. By federal law they
can say that something has 0 carbs if it is less than .99 carbs.. Often
companies will half the serving size so that they can say something has less
carbs.. It is legal to do so. The companies have a vested interest in making
things sound better than they actually are.. Most items have carbs.. Most.. So
read your labels carefully. By the way the carb count I got, which is the same
as Jennifers came from the USDA's web site on nutritional information.
As always YMMV and this is JMO
