There is a new cookbook out on the subject: "Fresh from the Vegetarian Slow
Cooker" by Robin Robertson. There's a lot of interesting stuff in there
besides just your standard slow-cooker entrees and soups. I've only made
one thing from it so I can't give you a completely informed opinion but so
far, so good!
