Are ANY soy-type powders soluble?
I use a tiny battery-powered mini drink mixer that is used directly in the
drinking glass. I ordered off the web. You may want to search the web for
one - they are under $10.00(USA). Some come with a travel pouch that can
easily fit in your pocket, purse or silverware drawer. They are sold by a
few
different companies and use 2 AA batteries. "VitaMinder" was one of the
brand names but there are others that look the same as this and may be even
cheaper. It does a great job mixing powdered drink mixes like Barley Green
and it should work very well with powdered soy milk. I generally use the
prepared soy milk so don't have any experience as yet with the powdered milk
substitute to offer any help in that way. Best wishes.

I've been trying to find a good milk substitute for a long time and
have been experimenting with some soy or soy-containing powders. One
that I've been using (Value Protein, by Healthsmart) doesn't seem to
be made any more. The main problem is that most of these don't
dissolve--you end up with a mass at the bottom of the bottle. The
Value Protein dissolved a bit better than most, but I still got a lot
of stuff on the bottom. Has anyone found a soy or similar veg protein
that dissolves?
