Heh, I think I agree with Jim here; leave the garlic out and you'll
want to be calling it something else. Garlic's a very important
component of hummous.

I don't put olive oil in mine, either. I might drizzle some over the
top as a garnish, but I find that actually incorporating the oil into
the mixture makes it heavier than I like.
