Dried pizza crust is hard as a rock!
School cafeteria pizza is so soggy to begin with that the day-old
croutons were just right!. I'm not sure if they were broiled or
anything. They may have just been cold, diced pizza.
We ate well at that school. Each day there was a choice of hot lunch,
sandwich lunch, and either a salad or potato bar.
