In 1903 a recipe for this oatmeal bread was posted to the news groups. It
said that it was baked by Gene and tested by Carlos. It calls for 1 cup of
starter. If anyone knows about this, could you clarify what hydration that
starter was? Thanks in advance ( I hope).
