1/2 cup water
1/2 cup ice cubes
3 to 5 teaspoons sugar
A pinch salt
A dollop plain yogurt for ganishing
Blend all the ingredients at high speed till frothy.
Add a dollop of fresh yogurt on top.
Makes two to three glasses of Lassi.
