Oh, by the way, chicken
McFuggits are made from compressed chicken skin.
Puhleeze. It's white meat chicken, "chopped and formed" (as the=20
industry tech talk goes). Not gourmet stuff, but certainly not=20
"compressed chicken skin." But even if it were, chicken skin is still=20
food that most people would consider perfectly edible. Think fried or=20
roasted chicken.
