gun control is usually depriving access to weapons to disfavored members
of
society. Traditionally in this country, that has meant non-Whites and
non-Christians. Oddly, such controls never seem to impact actual
criminals.
But then that's not the purpose of such laws in the first place. Gun
control
isn't about guns, it's about control, usually of minorities. Certainly
that's
the way it works in Chicago.
