Here is a copy cat recipe. I'd just sub the vanilla extract for banana
extract (never seen banana extract) or find a banana flavoring to add to
the filling.


Michael, how do you make good Banana Bread without Banana Extract? Not
the imitation crap, the real thing. Penzey's does not carry it. I get
mine wherever and whenever i find it. Wagner's Gourmet Foods, Inc.
Wilmington, N. C. used to make a good one, but the last bottle says
Banana Flavor, not Extract.
