for *years* and here's the really easy, wunnerful spread that my
[Norwegian] MIL created:

Flatbread Spread
appetizers
1 8 oz. cream cheese; softened
2 cubes chicken bouillon
2 tablespoons onion; grated
Dissolve bouillon cubes in 2 tablespoons hot water. Cream all
ingredients together. Pass the flatbread.
