We use our dining room maybe twice a year - Thanksgiving and Christmas.
The rest of the time we eat in what we call the "breakfast room"
(haha) - a partitioned area off the kitchen. Can you believe - in that
spot we have my parents' small dining set that they brought from England
and which they used every day from the time I was about 5 or 6.. I love
having it - it's a link to them and to home. We even cram the family
around it when they come.
