French fries, baked v/s fried.
I try to stay on a low fat diet.
Occasionally I like some french fries and I know I can quarter a
potato and spay it with Pam and bake for a low fat alternative.
My question is with the store bought frozen fries. I bake them also.
However I got to thinking that they have already been partially fried
before being frozen and I wonder if there is a difference between the
amount of fat they provide if you bake them or deep fry them.
So, does it matter if you bake or fry store bought frozen potatoes?
