Jeez, I didn't notice the guy's note about the email. Tsk, tsk. I'll
mail him and tell him I posted info.
Kraut cabbage is a later cabbage -- I don't know a varietal name for it,
but there is some that makes better kraut than others. So I'm told by a
guy I know who makes it.
