"I went to eat at this market cafe a while back and had this fabulous
grilled chicken salad with water cress, pecans, chicken, sliced
strawberries, spinach , & croutons with this fabulous blueberry poppyseed
dressing on top.

I've searched and can't find a recipe for this dressing or something
similar.

Any ideas?"
